Appointment & Treatment

Veterinarians cannot make a diagnosis over the phone. Diagnosing a pet over the phone does not allow a veterinarian to physically examine a pet. Physical examination of a pet is necessary so that your veterinarian can provide an accurate diagnosis and consider a proper treatment to your pet. Treating a pet for a misdiagnosed diseases or condition may cost more at the end and could be harmful or even deadly to your pet. That is why we do not provide veterinary phone-consultations at our animal hospital.

Payment

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for veterinary care. Our fees include the cost of your pet's examination, testing, diagnosis, and treatment.

Not all health problems have a straightforward solution. Some may be chronic and need a long-term management strategy; others may be more difficult to diagnose or include many causes. It is not always feasible to cure, and therapy may be continuing. Your veterinarian and our team will do everything possible to uncover solutions and continue to care for your pet.

Referral related

Our first priority is to ensure that our patients be given the finest possible treatment and outcomes. This is why we occasionally refer patients to veterinary experts or specialized clinics when advanced expertise or equipment is required.

Our veterinarians make every effort to keep current and knowledgeable in numerous aspects of animal health, ensuring that your pet receives comprehensive treatment. Board-certified specialists, on the other hand, have substantial expertise and training in a specific field of veterinary medicine or surgery. Furthermore, specialist clinics and university-affiliated referral centers have specialized equipment to do treatments that general practitioners do not routinely perform.

Referral is a network of professionals working together to provide the best support and treatment alternatives for all pet owners and their animal family members. Be confident that even when we send a patient to another hospital, we remain engaged in your pet's treatment.
